Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Genesis Book Deals. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:
Return Process:
- Contact us at support@genesisbookdeals.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue (damaged or incorrect item), and supporting photos, if applicable.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if the return is due to an error on our part) and detailed instructions for returning the item.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including all original packaging and tags.
- Books that are correctly delivered or do not meet your expectations due to their used condition are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 5-6 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-returnable Items:
- Used books that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped.
- Digital products (if applicable) or downloadable content.
