Return Policy
At Genesis Bookstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads or e-books
- Items marked as final sale
- Bulk/institutional orders once fulfilled per agreed terms
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
We encourage all customers to review the product description, edition details, condition, and images before placing an order. If you have questions, please contact us before purchase.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- For bulk or institutional orders, please contact us directly to arrange return logistics.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch):
- Orders can be cancelled within 7 hours of placement by emailing: support@genesisbookdeals.com
- Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.
Post-Dispatch:
- Refusing delivery or failing to collect the parcel will not qualify as cancellation or entitle you to any refund or replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed under these specific circumstances:
- If a verified incorrect or damaged item is received and we are unable to provide a replacement.
- Refunds are initiated only after the return is received (if applicable) and verified.
- Processing time: 2–3 business days for inspection and 5–7 business days for refund after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
